Ukizz is a personal clarification and thought-organization tool. It can help you put words on what is happening, gain distance, structure a situation, keep track, and move forward with method. It does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, emergency service, or real human support.
1. Reasonable use and necessary pauses
Ukizz is designed to support reflection, not to keep you inside an endless conversation.
If you spend hours and hours every day talking with the application, it is probably no longer useful use. In that case, Ukizz may invite you to slow down, take a break, come back later, or temporarily interrupt the exchange so you can reconnect with the real world: sleep, walk, drink water, call someone, write away from the screen, or step outside for a few minutes.
Ukizz is not meant to capture your attention. Its purpose is to help you clarify, then breathe, decide, ask for help, or take one small concrete action.
2. If you are anxious, unsafe, or thinking about suicide: do not stay alone
If you are in a panic crisis, if you feel unsafe, if you are afraid you might act on suicidal thoughts, or if you do not know how to get through the next few minutes, reach out to someone immediately.
You can call a friend, a family member, a neighbor, someone you trust, a professional, or speak to someone nearby. If you are outside, in a building, in a shop, or on public transport, look for human presence. You can simply say: “I am not okay. I need not to be alone.”
In these moments, you do not need to be elegant, rational, or perfectly clear. You need to buy time, stay alive, and get surrounded.
You matter more than what your pain is telling you right now. Even if your mind says nobody would understand, your death would leave people with grief, unanswered questions, and lasting pain. And if an attempt does not kill you, it can also leave severe physical or neurological consequences. This is worth waiting, calling, talking, and getting to safety, minute by minute.
