2. Service Sold
Ukizz is a subscription-based digital service providing access to an AI-powered interface designed for personal clarification, thought organization, and progress tracking. Details of the included features are available on the website or in the subscription interface.
3. Price
The subscription is offered at the price of: €29.90 including VAT per month Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes. Subscriptions with longer durations are available, and these include a discount. Leonhard Euler R&D for Ukizz reserves the right to modify its prices. Price changes applicable to current subscriptions will be communicated to the user in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Subscription
Subscription is done online, via the Ukizz website or application. The user must:
- create an account;
- accept the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy;
- provide the information necessary for payment;
- confirm the subscription.
Payment confirmation activates access to the service.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by a secure payment provider, such as Stripe. Complete bank details are not stored by Leonhard Euler R&D for Ukizz. The user authorizes recurring charges for the chosen subscription until cancellation.
6. Duration and Renewal
The subscription is for a monthly term and renews automatically for successive one-month periods unless cancelled by the user before the next renewal date. The same applies to other subscriptions.
7. Cancellation
The user can cancel their subscription from their personal account or via the management portal provided. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund is due for a period already begun.
8. Right of Withdrawal
When the user is a consumer, they generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely. However, when the user requests immediate access to the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period and expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal, this right may no longer apply in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
